I was born in India, I had my education in India and USA and obtained M.S, MBA and PhD.I worked as an executive and also have been  consulting with Industry and teaching management and related areas in premier institutions like Indian Institute of Management and institutes abroad. I have gained experience working and living in US, Europe, Asean and India. I still travel around and enjoy it. The rate at which knowledge is growing makes me feel that I really have not learnt much and so I keep reading a lot. I love writing. I have published technical and management papers and books but I am into freelance writing now. So far the response has been very encouraging.. I am happy to hear very positive things about my writing from many experienced persons.. I shall try to write content rich articles which will be of use to the readers. I participate in areas of social concern like child protection, corporate social responsibility and women and their equality. I love to write some humorous ones too. I enjoy analyzing leadership styles, critical analysis and commenting on sociopolitical matters. Some of my hubs are on these subjects. Mahatma Gandhi is my hero, music is my tonic, writing is my mania and peace is my priority.

Being an experienced educationist and administrator herself, my wife contributes to my thinking in those areas. My daughters who are settled help me think in engineering and technology areas. I have gained sufficient exposure to corporate management, Marketing, Investment and Health care management through my consulting work. As a family we take interest in knowledge gathering and sharing.
